My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were what I'd expect for this class, though a bit overpriced for the area. Unfortunately, our room belonged to someone else, which we only realized when we saw their belongings inside. There was also what looked to be vomit or a spill near the bed on the wall. On the bright side, the staff remembered us from previous visits, which was a nice touch, and they tried to go above and beyond to meet my needs.

My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, while small, were nice, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The service from all staff members was super friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel's location was excellent, especially for those visiting the University At Buffalo or SUNY north campus. The dining experience was tasty, although I waited longer than expected for my meal.
